Agents that inherit a process beat agents that invent one

The default AI project inside a growth team is a demo that answers
questions. The default AI project that changes revenue is an agent
that inherits a process already worth running twice.
Inventing a process from a prompt is cosplay. Inheritance is
design: truth tables, playbooks, handoffs, kill criteria, and an
owner who is not the model.
What to givê an agent first
- Definitions that humans already agree on (or force agreement).
- Examples of good and bad outcomes, not only happy paths.
- A place to write uncertainty instead of faking confidence.
- A human gate at money, brand, and legal edges.
What not to automate yet
Anything you cannot score. Anything you re-argue every week. Anything
where the CRM lies. Fix the loop, then hand it to the machine.

Conserte o loop, depois entregue a máquina.
